Founder/ Occupational Therapist

Pamela grew up in South Dakota in a busy family of 6. She then moved to Minnesota in 1999 to attend college at Mankato State University. After graduating with a Psychology degree, Pamela worked in Minnetonka with Autistic children until returning to school. Pamela obtained a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine's University in 2009. While working as an OT, Pamela wanted more knowledge in the field and dreamed of opening her own clinic someday. While continuing to work, she attended Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions to obtain her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy with an emphasis in Pediatrics in 2015. Pamela continued to work in the public school setting until opening up Full Potential Therapy in September of 2021. When not working, Pamela enjoys spending time with her two children and dog, especially if it is outside.

Occupational Therapist

Rachel was born and raised in Minnesota. She moved to Duluth, MN, to attend The College of St. Scholastica, where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, followed by her Masters’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2021. Rachel always had a passion to work with the pediatric population, which only grew after working with teens and young adults with developmental disabilities at PLUS Center, Inc. Rachel was excited for the opportunity to join the Full Potential Therapy team in July of 2022 and help children learn new skills to increase confidence and independence.

Occupational Therapist

Sara was born and raised in Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia St. Paul in 2019 and her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from St. Catherine University in 2023. She has always had a passion for working with children, which began with coaching youth soccer. In 2023, she completed her Level 2 Fieldwork at Full Potential Therapy, where she gained valuable experience. Excited to continue her journey, Sara joined the Full Potential Therapy team in September 2024. When not working, Sara enjoys spending time at her cabin, going for walks, and coaching soccer.

Occupational Therapist

Felisha was born and raised in Minnesota. She graduated from St. Catherine University in 2017; during Level 2 Fieldwork, she fell in love with working in the pediatrics field. After graduating college, she went into geriatrics but never gave up the hope to work with pediatrics. That's when she had the opportunity to join Full Potential Therapy LLC to fulfill her dream of working with kids. Felisha joined the Full Potential Therapy team in April 2023.

Occupational Therapist

Sammy was born in Minnesota and graduated high school from Faribault High School. She completed her bachelor's degree from The University of North Dakota and her associate degree from Herzing University. Throughout school, Sammy has always had a passion to work with the pediatric population, which stemmed from having four younger siblings. Throughout college, she worked in daycare and after-school settings. When she's not at work, she enjoys playing with her two dogs and spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends. Sammy joined the wonderful Full Potential Therapy in April 2023, where she is excited to help children reach their full potential.

Bree was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated from Faribault High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and obtained her bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies as well as her associate's degree in Occupational Therapy. She has had a passion for working with kids since she was young and has had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings including home, school, and daycare. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family and spending time on the lake in the summer and winter. Bree joined the team in June of 2024 and has enjoyed helping children and their families reach their goals and their full potential!

Speech Language Pathologist

Hailey is from Minnesota and graduated from Cannon Falls High School. She attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls where she received a Bachelors degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and a Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology in 2022. Hailey's true passion is working with the pediatric population, and helping the children and young adults at Full Potential Therapy reach their fullest potential. When not working Hailey enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs. Hailey joined the Full Potential Therapy team in July 2023.

Administrative Assistant

Isabella is a high school student who enjoys being part of a business that helps people. She is currently involved in Volleyball and Basketball through school, as well as taking multiple honors courses. Isabella enjoys being outside and also completing puzzles and Legos.

Jennifer joined our team in the Summer of 2024. As a seasoned Northfielder, you will often find her out in the community holding a hoagie and talking about the height of the river.  Jennifer has personal passions in working with families with special needs and will be the first person to celebrate your child as they walk in our door.
